Dates and Deadlines

Mark these important dates on your calendar.

September 1, 2009	Registration Begins Submit the Church Coordinator Covenant to Andy and Dwight at ltc@hoaltc.org found on the Registration website for a new password and / or user ID.
February 5, 2010	Church Coordinator Covenant Deadline Convention Event and Hotel Registration Deadline Payment Deadline   All Event and Hotel Registration shall be done on-line. Registration and Hotel payment must be sent by this date. Names of Judges and Ambassadors assigned to event slots are also required at this time. Each church coordinator can create several types of reports from the registration system. They make your task much easier and allow you to check for possible errors.   Please make sure that at least one participant is entered in each group event to ensure that the group is tracked correctly in the Portal.   After this date, a late fee shall be added to participants who are added to a congregation’s registration.
February 19, 2010	Scholarship and Pre-Convention Event Deadline   All Pre-convention events, including Scholarship, must be submitted using the method described in the event rules by this date.
March 5, 2010	Hotel Correction Deadline Church coordinators can make on-line changes to the hotel rooms until this date.  After this date, all corrections should be sent to ltc@hoaltc.org.  We must provide the names in each room to the hotel shortly after this date. No refunds for hotel rooms can be guaranteed after this date!
March 12, 2010	Event Correction Deadline Church coordinators can make on-line changes until this date.  No group or individual events can be added after this date; only individuals can be added to group events by sending an email to ltc@hoaltc.org. Only 50% refunds will be given for registration fees after this date.
April 2-3, 2010	Convention in Kansas City
April 30, 2010	Awards Correction Deadline Notify Mary Beth Petr at marybethpetr@hoaltc.org by this date if awards corrections are needed.
