STANDARD HOTEL
ROOM COST
Our headquarters hotel is Kansas City Marriott Downtown this year. The cost for a standard King room or for a standard
Double room (with two beds) is $90 per room per night. No rollaway beds are available, and the price is based on a 4-person
occupancy. All rooms will be non-smoking.
SUITE
PARLOR COST
The cost for a Suite Parlor is $90, and an adjoining
sleeping room must be purchased with it. The Suite Parlor may be used for a meeting area – hotel rules prevent
using it for a sleeping room. They will be available on a first come basis based on the date a congregation’s
complete PAID registration is received.
HOTEL PARKING AND OTHER ROOM CHARGES
Parking at the Marriott will be discounted at half the normal parking fee. This
fee will be charged to the room as an incidental cost. Any changes, though not anticipated, will be communicated to
the church coordinators.
Charges for the hotel restaurant, gift shop, and phone charges
can be charged to the room if a credit card is added to the room at the hotel front desk by the adult responsible for the
room. No hotel room charges will appear on your bill, since they have been pre-paid. Your incidental account will be settled
up when you check out by noon on your last day

The Kansas City Marriott Downtown is actually two buildings, the Marriott Tower and the Muelebach Tower. They
sit a block from each other connected by an enclosed secure skyway. This diagram shows which Tower and floor each of the convention
facilities are located in. We have blocked enough rooms for the convention that we will have sleeping rooms in both Towers.
Please note that the facilities are smoke-free.
