REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Andy Beck will be the Registration Coordinator. 

Registration has not started for 2009.  All Registration will be completed on-line at http://registration.hoaltc.org.  You will be guided thru the process, with links to the various registration forms.

Since there is no longer a participant registration form to send in, a Youth Signup Form is available on the internet.  This will be helpful when entering information into the registration system.

REGISTRATION FEE

$35 for participants, if by the Registration Deadline. Otherwise, $40 per participant.

NO Registration fee for adults or non-participating siblings

This registration fee provides each participant with an LTC T-shirt, plaque, and the award medals.  The fee also covers year-round operational costs and a contribution to the Heart of America LTC scholarship fund.  Heart of America Leadership Training for Christ, Inc. is registered as a non-profit corporation in the state of Kansas, is tax-exempt in Kansas and Missouri, and is a 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation. Registration and hotel room charges do not include any amounts that would be tax deductible since goods and services were received for the value of the charges.

LTC T-SHIRT SALES

Please order your LTC t-shirts on the Registration Portal.  After all the congregations have checked in and we know they have the correct sizes, the remaining t-shirts will be on sale at LTC Central. Please note that there will be a limited number available. If you really want one, please order in advance in the on-line registration system. 

NOTE: All registered participants receive a free t-shirt with a paid registration.

FOOD OPTIONS

Please order your food option coupons on the Registration Portal as observer items.

Other food concession details will be published prior to the convention.

OVERSIZE PARKING

If you plan to bring an oversized vehicle (15-passenger van or bus), please sign up on the Registration Portal under the observer items.  You must pre-register to have this parking permit this year.

REGISTRATION CHANGES

Changes needed before the Correction Deadline are made on-line by the Church Coordinator.  After the Correction Deadline, all allowed changes must be submitted via e-mail to registration@hoaltc.org.  Verbal changes can not be accepted for accurate record keeping.

REFUND POLICY

Request for refund of registration fees must be submitted via e-mail to registration@hoaltc.org. For accurate record keeping, only e-mail changes will be accepted. Full refunds will be given if the change is made on-line before the Event Correction Deadline. After that date, refunds will be issued at 50% of the payment.  If you come to the convention with fewer than you registered, a request for refund will be accepted upon your arrival at LTC Central. Our goal is to have the refund check, made payable to the congregation, in the awards package that is picked up on Saturday.
