If your congregation has any participants that need special consideration for participating, please complete the Special Consideration Form and submit it to the Registration Coordinator(s) via email (ltc@hoaltc.org) no later than the Registration Deadline. This information shall be held in confidence by the Heart of America Leadership Training for Christ organization.
