In the HOALTC Bible Bowl, students work individually to answer multiple choice questions in a closed-book
setting, displaying their answers via wooden blocks. A total of 100 questions are asked in a series of three rounds: One,
Two, and Open Division.
The Basic Bible Bowl Study Guide will prepare students in grades 3-6 for gold-level performance as they answer the 70 questions in Rounds One and Two.
The
Advanced Bible Bowl Study Guide is provided for participants in grades 7-12. This guide will prepare them for gold-level performance as they answer the 100
total questions in Rounds One and Two, and the third and final Open Division round. It contains all of the Basic level questions
plus an additional series of Advanced level questions for each chapter.
3rd - 6th graders
who wish to compete in the Open Division Round should study the Advanced Bible Bowl Study Guide.
